Peak performance sessions or group performance trainings dramatically enhances: output, work flow job satisfaction, team cohesiveness and creative problem-solving.

Individual Peak Performance

These are one-to-one sessions built around your specific situation and requirements.

Obviously some situations require a greater level of management and more flexibility in the way that that we work together.

After having an initial dialogue, I make an assessment and put a few recommendations on the table. The most important thing is to identify the key components of the situation and the strongest points of leverage to get you where you need to be.
If you’re not used to the level of high end support that I provide, we can start a brief trial phase to fine-tune the program and maximise your results.

Each session will dynamically leverage off what is most relevant for you on the day, in the context of your overall goals. It may not be obvious where you are going to go to next in a session, but it all makes sense by the time the session ends. Throughout there is opportunity for feedback. In order to keep you moving and making the most of our time, I will keep you on your toes. You don’t know if you are going to have a pointy conversation that deeply challenges you, or a bucket of laughs – or both. What you will understand very quickly is that I am here for your peak performance and crisis resolution. The trust that we have in our working relationship is most easily built on tangible results.

I guarantee the quality of my work, and all my individual services come with 100% money back guarantee within the first month of treatment. I have never had to act on this but it’s always good to know that you can get a no-risk real sense of what the work is like.

Group Training

I also provide trainings in stress-relief and emotional resilience for small groups of middle to senior management (up to 15 -20 people at a time). Managers who attend my trainings find it easier to manage their workload, especially in high-pressure environments and significantly enhance their influence and connection with their staff, and hence increase team productivity.
